Benefit Networks is committed to transparency regarding Broker Compensation paid by Insurance companies we are licensed and contracted with.
 Compensation is normally spelled out on the contracted insurance company’s application. If the insurer does not spell out the broker compensation in their application, Benefit Networks will, upon request, make the compensation paid by the contracted insurance company available to our clients.
 A Broker of Record letter from a client is authorization for the contracted insurance company to pay broker commissions to the appointed broker.
 Benefit Networks has requested that all insurance company proposals from insurers put a disclosure at the bottom of all quotes.

 In an effort to proactively be clear to our clients, the following is a disclosure of compensation. Traditionally the insurance industry has followed the insurance company’s application. (Not all insurance company applications outline their broker compensation programs and/or agreements.)
 Benefit Networks as your assigned insurance broker for Group Employee Benefits Insurance programs, receives a commission directly from the insurance company for our services. Our services include servicing of renewals, claim issues, plan design, large claims, employee service calls, insurance industry updates, etc.
